You are bidding on a lovely Covered Sugar Bowl made for the Sheraton Hotel by Reed & Barton.
A bit small for a serving bowl, I believe this is likely a Covered Sugar Bowl.
The lid and bowl are both marked "Reed & Barton - Silver Soldered - 2000 B - A Sheraton Hotel."  The bowl also is marked 5½ for the size.
"Silver Soldered" is another means of signifying that a piece is Silverplated.   It is
not
Sterling.
The lidded bowl measures 5½" in length and is 4" in width.  It stands about 3" tall including the finial on the lid.
The sugar bowl has the normal and expected surface marks from age and normal use.
This lovely Vintage Sugar Bowl from the Sheraton Hotel and made by Reed & Barton will be a fine addition to any collection of vintage hotel and restaurant ware.  It will also add a touch of elegance to any table setting or buffet.
