Vintage Silver Liquor Bottle Label "Rye" Grapes & Leaves

A vintage hanging bottle label for your decanter

Silver
There is no marking that we can see, so we assume it is silver-plated.
We did put a small bit of silver polish to try and clean it up a bit
and the area we cleaned looks nice.
But the label and chain does need a really deep cleaning.
We just didn't have enough cleaner in house to do this.
It is ornate with grapes and grapes leaves, very pretty piece
