Vintage R WALLACE 0352-7 SILVER SOLDERED BENJAMIN FRANKLIN HOTEL (ASHTRAY?.
The Ben Franklin Hotel opened January 14, 1925 and closed in 1980. This piece is Marked Benjamin Franklin Hotel on bottom.
Did a lot of research and could not find another piece like this one.
I believe this is a large tabletop ashtray and the attached center cup is for stick matches. If you know differently please advise so I can make necessary changes to this listing. Thank you.
Condition is "Used".and has some dings as shown on photos
Measures 10” across and center cup measures 2 1/2” across.
