This is a VINTAGE PHILCO METAL SERVICE BOX.
This has signs of use and surface rust. The rust is only surface rust, and the integrity of the box is excellent.
The latch works great. This also has organizers that appear to be original to the box, but I'm not positive.
The inside of the lid and box is excellent.
Certainly the nicest one on Ebay!
