I am not extremely familiar with this equipment.  This and many other beautiful items came from a Hollywood film professional that worked in the industry for many years and took wonderful care of the machinery of his trade.
Everything is working well: Light turns on and forward and backward directions function as they should.  Needs a very thorough cleaning
