Vintage Miniature Oval Metal Lidded Box Enameled Interior - no spoon

Description

This is an oval metal footed container or box with a lift-off lid. The lid and the container are enameled on the inside with a white colored enamel. The lid has a small opening where the end of a small spoon or ladle shows. The lid also has a finial in the form of a flower? The exterior of the piece is decorated with raised zigzagged lines and the sides of the container are also decorated with a raised floral design. The bottom of the box is recessed, rounded and smooth. The container is supported on four ball feet. It is really well done,( a little over 2 ounces
Size:
Measures ~1 3/4" by ~1 5/16" and is ~1 1/8" high to the top of the finial with the lid on.
