This T Command handle, has a built in button that you press with your left thumb to activate a line lock electronic control to lock the front brakes to hold the vehicle into the staging beams for drag racing.
vintage hurst shifter knob 153-0003  Sure Grip T-Command Handle shifter knob.   This is brand new still in the package, these take us back into the 60s and 70s, were we all had them, but times have changed, and Hurst has discontinued these genuine Hurst T handles 12 years ago.
These fit every Hurst shifter with the 3/8 16, these come with the 3/8 thread instead of having several reducer bushings to fit everything from an airplane to an army tank, so when you lock the supplied jam nut, they stay tight and in position.
But these make your vintage machine look like the old days again.  This is the genuine brushed aluminum with the Hurst logo cast in.  These were likely actually made in the USA.
