Vintage used rare matching Toleware set, black painted metal trash bin/can (paint-by-number trash bin) and magazine rack/holder with birds and flowers pattern on front. Both pieces show some usage and age wear marks, surface scratches, dust, no dents.
Paint-by-number trash bin has some rusting inside on bottom area. There are a few paint-by-number spots that were not filled in and/or paint worn and you can read the numbers in those areas. The open-winged bird looks more crudely hand painted than the other bird, which only shows its unique paint-by-number craft style.
Magazine holder has lovely metal scroll work at ends and a metal handle carry/divider handle in the middle along with scrolled feet on bottom. This piece does NOT show any visible paint-by-number numbers.
Trash bin size: 10 ¼ inches wide x 7 ½ inches deep x 13 ½ inches tall. Magazine holder size: 15 ¼ inches wide x 8 ¾ inches deep x 10 inches tall.
