This is a vintage / antique trouser hanger by Imperial Trouser Hanger.
I am guessing that this was maybe used as promotional item as I have seen others with differing company names and locations on them.  This one is from the Globe Electric Plating company in Philadelphia Pa.
It is cast metal. Mounts on wall and several pair of mens trousers can hang from it.
I have owned this for 30+ years.  Most recently just as decor in my laundry room, in a previous house i used it to hang a hand towel next to the sink.
It is in good condtion.  No real rust, just surface blemishes as seen in pics.  The IM in Imperial are damaged as seen in the pics
Measures approximately 9+" long, 3" deep.  the wall mount is about 2.75" tall x 2.75" wide.
