Item Description
Up for your consideration is a
Silver-Plate Kettle on Stand with Goblet, the cylindrical body with spot-hammered surface, spout and handle densely chased with flowering vines, pitcher tilts forward on stand to pour into goblet.  Overall height, 20 inches.
The piece is in excellent working condition, with the interior porcelain lined.  There is tarnish to the base just under the cup, and to the lid (as shown).  Otherwise, there is light, age-appropriate wear.  It is marked on the underside, and stamped "Quadruple plate".  The piece was made, c. 1880s.
