    Description

    UNIQUE ORIGINAL VINTAGE COPPER METAL BOOT MOLD-MADE IN CANADA BY ELECTROMOULD. 19 1/2" TALL, SIZE 8 BOOT.
    A very unusual vintage copper mold- of a boot. It has all of the details of an actual boot including the bumpy sole and seams. I believe it was actually used in the process of making boots. It is all metal and the outside is copper plated. I am not sure what the silver colored metal is on the inside of the boot. The mold is heavy- it weighs over 6 lb's. One side of the boot says "MADE IN CANADA BY ELECTROMOULD".  WATERPROOF TO CLOSURE" and "MADE IN THE USA" is written on the bottom of the boot near the arch.  These stamps would have appeared on the finished product. The boot mold is in good vintage condition with no major damage. You will see in the photos that is some of the typical greenish color that appears on old copper metal, but I am not sure of the metal content.I have not attempted to clean the mold.
