Nicol, care Gibson Bros., Printers, 271 Penn Ave., Washington D.C. / Put the Postage Stamp over this."; stamp with a rounded corner, cover tears including a fairly large one through the address; otherwise Fine.

This is a very scarce pro-Union Mounted Dragoon design and the only Mounted Dragoon design in red.
