* Tarragon is an excellent spice and can liven up many dishes, especially Mediterranean

* Russian Tarragon possesses a sweet anise like flavor and is sometimes used in salads.
* Our seeds are Non-GMO and heirloom.
* It's wonderful when added to either soups or salads.
* Tarragon is a standout spice when used on meats including Turkey, Chicken and Fish.
* It can flourish in the warm temperatures of southern U.S. and will equally flourish in Zone 2 of Canada.
* Tarragon prefers good draining soil and will experience rot in soils that are too water retentive.
* Tarragon will flourish on an apartment balcony.
* It's great in containers, window boxes and other small spaces.
* It is used to flavor a number of Russian soft drinks.
* The above ground parts of tarragon are also used for medicinal purposes. It is supposedly good to treat appetite, digestions issues, Menstruation; and to improve deep sleep some claim. Always consult a Physician before consuming plants for medicinal reasons!
