Silvered Bronze Antique Statue by Emile Guillemin 1841 - 1907 "Duel"

Description

Antique Silver plated bronze statue of a cavalier by Emile Guillemin.  Titled: Duel, signature was typically on a bronze base but this is on  a marble base. No doubt his is his work, google his name cavalier or Duel and it will show this sculpture.  Over all condition is very good, minimal silver loss, flea bite on marble base, blade may have been repaired at hilt. Many of his works were small bronzes, many of cavaliers.    See pic
