    This auction is for an IMPERFORATE (No die-cut) pane of 16 of the National Marine Sanctuaries issue of 2022 (Scott # 5713q) .
    The pane is XF,  mint never-hinged, is cleanly cut from an uncut press sheet and has no faults or flaws. The crease or wrinkles that are caused by USPS handling and that can plague no die-cut panes are not present on this pane.
