** RETURNS **
Fits-N-Kix is happy to accept your return as long as the item is returned within *30 days* of receipt and the product is still in NEW, UNWORN condition as received.
We recommend that you first try on the shoes indoors to ensure the fit and sizing meets your preference.
IMPORTANT:
-The shoes and the shoe box must be in CLEAN, UNWORN, RESELLABLE condition for the return to be accepted.
-The return product (if applicable) should include all original accessories as received (i.e. original shoe box, shoes laces, key chains, color swatches, additional insoles, shoe bag, replaceable spikes, etc).
-The original manufacturer’s shoe box as received. No tapes or labels on the shoe box. Please do not send the return by using the shoe box as the outer shipping box or your return will be refused.
-The original item shipped must be returned (we apply tracking technologies that lets us know if the item(s) returned was originally shipped from our warehouse). If we receive an item other than the original item shipped, it will be refused and NO Refund will be issued. You will be responsible for providing a prepaid shipping Label at your own expense if you want the merchandise back. If you do not claim your rejected returned order back, we will discard them with no further notice.
****If your return shipment does not meet the return policy listed above and your return is rejected, it may be discarded and no refund will be issued.****
HOW TO SEND BACK THE RETURN PACKAGE:
1.Pack the unworn shoes into the original shoe box and then pack the shoe box into a shipping carton. Do not ship using the shoe box as the shipping carton. It will be automatically refused and no refunds will be provided.
2.Please include the invoice that was enclosed in the original package - Write down reason for return & place it inside the shoe box. It is important that we have the Return Receipt and the RA document with the return product so we can process your refund faster.
3.Secure the package box (not the shoe box) with box tape.
4.Secure the mailing label printed from ebay Returns Center.
5.Take the package to nearest shipping outlet (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx Office, etc.).  IMPORTANT: The customer will endure the cost to ship it back to us. There will be no reimbursement applied for return shipping costs. If customer apply shipping charges to the Sender, it will be billed back to the customer and the customer will have to pay for the cost. No exception.
*****Items that are received in Worn condition or Not in Resalable condition or Not the original Item Shipped, will be inspected by our returns department and evaluated at their discretion for Partial Refund, Restocking Fee may and will be assessed, No Refund, Return denied for failing to follow Return Policy. Denied Refund Items, will be either returned back at your own expense or they will be discarded.*****
** COMMUNICATION **
Work hours: Monday ~ Friday (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time).  Emails will be replied to in order received.  Seller will not respond to telephone calls.
** SHIPPING **
Seller needs 1 business days to ship an order from cleared payment.  If item is paid on Friday, seller will ship the item on the following Monday.
