    Description

    Red Giant Mustard (Brassica juncea) will produce beautiful large maroon/purple leaves with green veins. Baby leaves can be harvested in as early as 22 days for your salad greens, or fully mature leaves at 45 days for cooking. This Japanese variety will have a hint of garlic like flavor and can be a touch spicy with more maturity. Great cooked or used as greens in salads and sandwiches. Extremely high in vitamins A, B and C. Very winter hardy and slow to bolt
