Rough, very well-used older version Hurst T-handle shifter knob.
If this old handle could tell its story…
Maybe the next chapter is a rat rod.
Solid cast aluminum, heavy, embossed Hurst lettering on top, “pistol grip” finger indents.
Approx. 45⁰ mount angle.

Threads are good, no cross threading.
Lock nut probably not original to the handle but has correct thread size.
