The Grand Union Hotel was located on Broadway in Saratoga Springs. It was a boarding house, built by Gideon Putnam in 1802, but grew into the world's largest hotel, before it was demolished in 1953. This is from the original Grand Union Hotel Saratoga Springs. It’s approximately 10 3/4 inches by 8 inches. The inside of the cover says 12 inches. This is a silver plate dish cover. Condition is "Used" and you can see the wear on this piece. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
