NICE ANTIQUE FRENCH CANDLESTICK SCALLOPED DOME BASE BOBECHE C 1750 PEWTER (1A)

Description

Very nice 1750s French pewter scalloped edge candlestick with removable bobeche (most of these have been lost through the years).  There is a dome base with a shallow depression above the scalloped edge and turning lines visible on the shaft, which is not removable as this candlestick was cast in one piece, apart from the bobeche.  I don't see any hallmarks but the shape of this 'stick is French.
