    Description

Brand high quality cast iron water pump for 1972 to 1980 MGB's.  Includes a new gasket not shown. These pumps are 3.25" from the base of the pump where it meets the block to the base of the pulley (or roughly 3" to the base of the block side of the pulley).  Please make sure this is what you need as many of the MGB's in this range have had earlier engines or water pumps installed using the earlier longer pumps and pulleys which give the same mounted depth.  The later earlier ones are roughly 4" from the mounting base to the base of the pulley mount.  So its easy to tell the difference with the pulley off so its worth checking.  1972-1974 cars used a slightly different pump than the later cars due to the air pump mount on one bolt but these can easily be used by adding washers or a different bolt. In most cases the pump on the 72-74 MGB's has  already been changed for the later type anyway and will need zero work to bolt these up directly as is.
These pumps are cast iron like the original MG pumps for long bearing life and added strength.  We have used these pumps on our Supercharged MGB which adds considerable load to the water pump bearing with no problems.

Ebay and the USPS give estimated delivery times which in some cases are substantially faster than actual delivery times.

    .
We will not know anything not shown in the tracking.

Some items may show no more than 2 scans total while a similar shipment will show 10 scans.
We have no control over lack of tracking detail.
For fastest shipping and real time tracking we suggest using Fed Ex and we can do this for addition cost.
