Vintage safety pin tray for the US Military. Includes 18 brass pins marked A8 and one marked A6.
Storage box is stamped: U.S. Pin Tray, FSN 3510-278-1192, the Keyes-Davis Co, DSA-400-6740-6036/TP513
This is a used item and and could show signs of wear not completely visible in the photos or fully described - refer to photos and description. I have not attempted to clean the item in any way; it could show various scuffs, scratches, paint wear, or paint/ink marks. Camera flash may make some scuffs/marks/etc difficult to see in the photos as well as alter  the true color of the pieces (individual computer monitors or phones may also display colors differently).
