    This is a set of four genuine United States postage stamps commemorating the Declaration of Independence. The design is based on the painting of Declaration of Independence by John Trumbull in the Rotunda of the Capitol, Washington, D.C. The stamps are in mint, never hinged condition as issued 45 years ago. (Any white dots seen in the scan are artifacts and do not appear on the actual stamps.)
