die cut 11.7 x 11.6 on 2, 3, or 4 sides
(Lighthouse is 11¾ x 11½).
This block is in
Scott
catalogue order as shown. It is a premium position and there are only 2 blocks in Scott sequence per pane.
Banknote Corporation of America printed
the 4 festive designs. Each wreath was designed by a different artist. They are the larger size

stamps measuring 23 x 30 mm.
Thirty two
cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 1, 1995 until Jan. 10, 1999.
