Details:
Hans Guradze (1861-1922) was a prominent bronze sculpture who specialized in equestrian bronze figurines. This piece (1890's most likely) includes a knight in full metal armor and clutches a nude woman on a horse. The knight looks as if he is helping her off the horse.
Compared to many works of art by Guradze, this one is extremely detailed. The lance is also included, which is a loose piece (made that way) and seemed missing in past auctions of comparable pieces.
