    Description

    FROM MADEIRA WITH LOVE.....
    Estate find...Antique Cast metal ( Iron?) Horseshoe Ornament that celebrates all the signs and symbols related to luck.
    In portuguese language, " Signo Poderoso" which translates to "Powerful Signs".
    With a silvery finish, some red enameled accents add to the design.  In bas relief, many familiar symbols are represented.
    It measures 12cm (4 1/2") top to bottom.
    I have inserted a standard size playing card as a size reference.
    Some spotty wear and discolorations add to the patina, not distracting or to a fault.
