Flag Over Chalkboard ATM Stamp
The Flag Over City (Skyscrapers) series set contains a number of varieties. There does not appear to be complete agreement as to all of the various types and numbering. The descriptions and numbering we have given should be accurate. The Set does not included 3280a (Large Date) nor does it include 3281d (super small date with 3 clear lines on building). Both of these varieties are scarce especially 3280a and we have not been able to find a reliable supply of them. Each of the 11 stamps listed above is included in this set we will sent to you. Each is MNH on the original USPS issued backing, with no known fault.
Generally the Coils will Not Be Plate Numbered.
