designed the patriotic stamps, which were printed by 6 different printers; Ashton-Potter USA
(APU)

).
The set can be confusing, but rest assured we are definitive experts. The dates are displayed because they are useful in identifying the stamps. All magnified dates are proportionate to each other.
We have taken away the guesswork
by assembling all of the major numbers in one set that spanned nearly 4 years. Several of the varieties have become difficult to locate and price increases are expected.
Thirty Seven
cents paid the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from June 2002 into Jan. 2006. The
3632
BEP coils are condition sensitive and have particularly awful centering. The image is representative. The
37 cent
flags were withdrawn after the 2006 rate-change to 39 cents.

We always ship at earliest convenience. This means that a mail-run may occur multiple times a day. We have no control over the speed of mail, but have found the USPS to be very reliable. We would rather work things out but reserve the right to refuse service to anybody at any time. Stamp collectors as a whole are very honest people. A few bad apples attempt to manipulate the system for personal gain or other reasons. These parties are blocked. We politely ask blocked bidders not to contact us.
