Fine Pair of Art Nouveau style Cast Bronze Candlesticks After E. F. McCartan patinated bronze candlesticks, each depicting a nude, one a young boy and the other a young girl, each holding an amphora and gracefully poised on a sphere atop a fluted circular foot, set on a 6"D green marble base. No foundry marks. After a pair designed by Edward Francis McCartan. They measure 17 ¼"H X 7"D the base of one is green the other is more of a black, the statues themselves have a different surface pattination whether these details are purposeful or not is a mystery to me. Both with expected
general surface wear, including possible dents, each bobeche with dents.
