Exceptional French Side Slide Brass Candlestick Early 19th C.

Description

This is a very fine French early to mid-19th century candlestick with a cast-in bobeche and a side slide lever, and all original.  It is in really good condition, with the base slightly out-of-round, which could be easily remedied.  Other than that it shows only light normal polishing marks that give evidence of its age.  Good patina, good candlestick.
