18th Century Dutch cast brass small taperstick, ca. 1720.
This is a wonderful almost miniature taperstick candlestick, probably early 18th Century Dutch, with a small hole on the side for removing the taper.  From an old collection of important candlesticks, only recently dispursed.

Our items are vintage, and pre-owned; they are not new
(unless so stated)
and show varying signs of age and wear- visual and physical cues typical of an item that has been handled (i.e. abrasions, dings, variations in color, patina, etc.). We do our best to describe all of our items

, but often we don't overstate the obvious signs of age that are inherent in vintage items.  If you have further specific questions or concerns, we encourage you to ask before you bid.
We do not sell "on approval".  Our sales are As-Is.  All items in the above listing are thoroughly described and researched to the best of our knowledge.  Therefore we do not sell subject to confirmation and all sales are final.  We will be happy to provide additional information as needed.  In the event that an item was described improperly, contact us within 3 days of receiving your package by email or telephone, and we will review returns on a case by case scenario.  We will try to correct or resolve any problems you may have with your purchase.
