This is a
BASIC
set of 3 pairs (6
stamps) FVF and
MNH
. It contains 3 different First Class letter rate stamps with Scott numbers
2279 2280 2281.
All 3 pairs have water activated gum and are
perf. 10 vert.
The stamps feature
Earth, Flag Over Yosemite and the Honeybee
. The nondenominated "E Rate" was 25c. The
25c regulars
met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from
April 3, 1988
until
February 3. 1991
.

tagging.
