    Description

This is a elegant little pitcher, listed as # 90056, is the Sparta Syrup
which was designed by Harry Laylon. It is 4” tall and has a white “composition” handle. It was sold only from 1936-1938 so not easy to find, and was available as part of Chase’s Sunday Morning Waffle set, and with a companion Sugar Shaker
as part of the Syrup and Sugar Service
#90061. (We are listing the Sugar Shaker separately but the last photo shows how the two pieces look together)
The pitcher is in good condition with many fine scratches, but no dents to the body, rim, or bottom edge. Some minor dents on the bottom. What appears to be smudges on the pitcher is the way the light reflects on some of the scratches. The handle is in very good condition with just a teeny rough area along the left lower area of the handle. The Chase logo is on the bottom.
