It is bronze with dark patina, neoclassical, rectangular in shape, insert with panel depicting blind Homer + 3 observers.  Figurative handles with claw feet and footed.  Measures handle to handle with 17 inches long, 7 & 1/4th inches in width and 1 & 3/4th inches in height. Wonderful pre-owned condition. Piece is fully marked: Ferdinand Levillain's signature is in the panel. Item is free of any repairs with age appropriate rare.
