    Description

    Very solid, heavy  and sturdily built early 1900s hand hammered wrought iron box in excellent vintage condition.
    Size at the base : 8 3/4 by 4 3/4 inches.
    Height: about 3 3/4 inches.
    Height to the top of the handle in upright position: about 4 3/8 inches.
    Lined with green velvet. Hinge working reliably.
    Apparently well kept in the past, no musty smell or anything unpleasant in its appearance.
