    You are buying an Arthur Court dish that is dated 1990 on the back.  I am not sure what the metal is but I think it is cast
    aluminum
    (not magnetic).
    Has use wear and aging.  Has surface wear and tarnish marks inside. I have not tried to clean it and don't know if I can be.  See photos enlarged for details as they are part of the description.
    It measures approx. 13" x 8.75".
