Art Deco Walter Von Nessen for Chase "Taurex" Copper on Brass Candle Holder

Description

Copper candleholder designed by Walter Von Nessen for the Chase Brass and Copper Company of Connecticut. The candle holders were produced in the early 1930s, obviously heavily influenced by the Art Deco and Machine Age movements. "Taurex" refers to the stylized horn form of the piece.
Condition: the chrome finish shows speckling plus wear around a candle cup.
