Antique/VTG Ornate Victorian 19" Cast Iron Arm Stand Bracket Base Stand Metal

Description

This is a vintage or antique metal piece as shown. It measures approximately 19" tall.
The bottom measures 8" wide and is broken.
The ornate part measures 4.25" at the widest and the metal on this part is approximately 1/2" thick.
I don't know if the base will unscrew or not but it might be possible with some penetrating oil.
The piece has surface rust as shown but no rust damage.
Weight is 2 lb 6 oz.
