Antique Victorian Ornate Silverplate Carousel with Etched Glass Shakers

Carousel stands 16" high and is 8" at its widest point.
A nice old item, but there are multiple flaws.  The carousel spins, but it squeaks and shakes a little when it turns; it's possible this could be fixed with some lubrication, but I'm not entirely sure.  One of the shakers is broken at the bottom, and there are other small chips in the glassware- see photos.  The top of one of the jars is broken as well, so its metal top is no longer fixed to the glass.  The metal shows some wear and tarnish, and there is a dent in the middle section.  I have not cleaned the items, buyer may desire cleaning.  Please see the photos for more details.  If you have any questions, please ask.
