    Antique Siddhartha Buddha - Hand Etched India Brass Calling the Earth to Witness.
    Hand etched and made in the Tibet /India region around 70-80 years ago. Has original patina including the changing of the brass to an aged green in some spots underneath.
    The pose is called " Calling the Earth to Witness" or "Touching the Earth", and is the definition of the moment of enlightenment for the Buddha. It is the story of how the Buddha, after six years, finally was at the verge of enlightenment.
