    Description

    A very interesting piece.
    This is a very large pot (8" top diameter, 10-1/2" bottom diameter).
    Lined with tin and suspended by wrought iron handles. I can picture this in the fireplace of a house in Historic Williamsburg and looking entirely suitable.
    It appears hand made. I can't be sure of the age, but it appears pre 1800.
