    Description

    ANTIQUE PAINTED CAST IRON INDIAN CHIEF DOORSTOP POSSIBLY HUBLEY WEIGHS ABOUT 3LB.
    This is an antique heavy cast iron doorstop in the shape of an Indian Chief. Probably dates to the early 1900's. Piece has most of the original paint still on it also. This was bought in Pennsylvania and we were told that it is possibly a Hubley brand piece. It is unmarked though as many of their pieces were. Please see pictures for design and condition detail. Measures about 5.5" tall by 6.5" wide from horse tail to snout. Weighs about 3 lbs.  Wonderful and hard-to-find old decorative Indian painted cast iron doorstop would be a great find for your collection. Don't miss it.
