Antique Meriden Co. Quadruple Silverplate Filigree Box Lidded Ball Feet

Description

5 5/8" x 3 5/8" x 4 5/8" tall including ring knob on top and ball feet. Lion and bird filigree design with beaded accent on top and bottom.  Lid and bottom are thicker pieces of metal that what you would expect nowadays.  I see one dent in lid back near hinges.  The top has a wave to it.  I don't know if it got pressed down during it's lifetime, or it's from adding the round flower knob on the top.  Four good sized ball metal feet.  Marked on bottom (see pictures).  It is tarnished, I don't clean silver.  I'm not good at it, and I did get reprimanded by a customer because I made the necklace look new and she wanted the patina (tarnish).  Weighs 1 lb. 2 oz. prior to packaging.
