Antique Damascus Steel Dagger with Leather Sheath

This is a beautiful antique Damascus Steel dagger from 18c, but honestly I don't know the country of its origin. The sheath was made of leather with short whip attached. The leather sheath is in excellent condition for its age. The blade is in excellent condition as well with some discoloration and rust on it. The handle was wrapped with leather.  If you know about this dagger, please share your knowledge with me. This dagger with other 80+ more have been with my family for over a century. Since I don't know the real value of it, I leave it on the your judgment,. The measurements are: dagger with sheath 18" length; 2 1/2" width; 12 1/2"" blade length; 1 3/4" blade width.
