ANTIQUE CAST ART GATE FENCE STATUE BOOKENDS.
Circa 1910-1920 and pure art nouveau in origin and style. Two sets of bookends with these exact same gates, size, material, casting, but one with terrier dogs, and one with scotty dogs on them, also lions have been clearly proven to be by Bradley and Hubbard and they were both unmarked.  All sets have been seen with the paper labels by Bradley & Hubbard on the bases. So these might be also. I can not be sure. They are guaranteed to be old, genuine and original. Old foundry cast iron in an elaborate pattern of an estate gate with brick pillars and ornate filigree wrought iron work. They measure 5 and a half inches wide and weigh 5 pounds for the pair. They are bare cast iron and a wonderful patina.
