~ Ink Well is 2 1/2 inches Tall on a 3 3/4-inch Square Base
~ Has Patina and Ink Residue
~ Ink Blotter is 2 inches tall 4 1/4 inches Long 2 1/8 inches Wide
~ Has a Wood Rocker
~ As close as I could find is that these are made in Austria around 1895-1925
