Raised Repoousse  Scene of Lovers and Cupids .. pretty scroll and floral with  Lots of  Details in the Floral Pattern - Same Patterns on both sides
Basket Measures  15.5" Tall to top of the handle x 10" x 7"
Nice Details to the basket
Stamped on bottom : Barbour SP Co. 3730  with windmill and pipes insignia
Vintage Preowned Antique Patina - Tarnished Dull Silver Gray Color -  undertones of brass coloring inside basket under the silver and a tinge of copper peeking through on the exteior .. not much ..
Some  surface wear & tarnish silver discolor but looks great the ways it is   - can polish up
could be a silver-plate with other mix metals
Inside Basket does show discolor and wear on the silver
