Antique 19th C Bronze Brass Figural Women Men Soldier Candlestick

This is an antique 19th century bronze and/or brass figural candlestick.
I am uncertain as to exactly how old it is, but I am sensing late 19th century.
It measures 8 inches tall (20.3 cm). It measures 4 1/2 inches wide at the base in both directions (11.4 cm).
There are four women at the middle of the candlestick. On the base, there is a soldier, two men and a woman. I believe this all signifies something, but I’m not sure what it is.
Perhaps the piece is Greek revival style. It may be French or English. Please use your judgment.
It has a couple of issues. It leans over a little. There is noticeable green/blue tarnishing on the base. Otherwise, it’s in very good condition.
It’s a very high quality candlestick. I wish I knew more about it.
It weighs a little over 1 lb. 7 oz. (658 g).
