Here is a very beautiful and very rare antique 18th C Bilston Battersea English enamel on copper octagonal tea caddy in pink and white with floral reserves. It measures about 4 3/4" tall and about 2 7/8" across at base point to point. It is in very good condition overall for its age. There is an area of damage/loss to enamel at top of one vertical panel (see photo), extending just a bit into adjacent panels. There is another small chip under shoulder edge. There are a couple areas of loss along bottom edge,  one larger (see photo) and one small. There is an area of wear along a vertical rib with possible old touchup (see photo). There are a couple tiny losses along top side shoulder edge. There are a few fine lines in enamel on shoulder. There is a small loss to edge lid. There is some expected surface wear to high points on enamel. Despite the losses, look great overall and displays beautifully. A really fine piece.  Please see photos.
