coil issue with Scott numbers
4597

4601
. The 32c self-adhesives are serpentine
die cut 11 vert.
Carl T. Herrman
designed the festive shirts and
Banknote Corporation of America (BCA
) printed them for SSP.
Thirty Two
cents met the USPS Postcard rate from Jan. 2012 until Jan. 2013.
The
32c
se tenant stamps have been expertly cut from rolls of 100 and remain on original backing liner.
